How long will it take to ship my order?
Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days; during the holiday season, there may be a slight delay due to volume of orders. Some orders may take up to 2 weeks to process if we do not have a particular fragrance in stock, but you will be notified if this is the case, and we will send you an e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy from Heaven Scent Gifts?
No. Although Paypal provides our shopping cart software, it is not necessary for you to have a Paypal account. When you are purchasing, just click on the link that says "If you do not have a Paypal account, click here" and fill in your information as usual.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as Paypal payments. However, if you order through the mail, we can only accept money orders or checks.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not usually ship outside the United States, but if you contact us, we may be able to arrange something.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes. If you would like a copy of the catalog, please e-mail us at admin@heavenscentcandles.org

What is your return policy?
We offer a full guarantee of our products. Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded; all sales are final for items on sale. Otherwise, if you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the products (you pay for shipping) along with the reason for return within 14 days of purchase. We offer your choice of a like (equal value - i.e. same product but different scent) merchandise exchange, but we cannot offer refunds at this time. Returned products MUST BE packed securely or the exchange will not be issued. You may want to insure your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Products may not be returned if more than 25% of the product has been used.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only for items shipped to Washington state. The tax is 8.5%.
